METEF and SAIE together to show the best applications of Aluminium in the building industry

Il “Villaggio dell’Alluminio in Edilizia” (Aluminium village in the building industry) is the new initiative organised by METEF (The exhibition for technology of aluminium, foundry and innovative metals industries) to offer a complete overview of the most innovative solutions and uses of aluminium in the building industry.

Sustainability, efficiency, resistance, lightness but also thermal insulation. Aluminium is widely used in the building industry thanks to its great versatility of shapes and colours, its ease of processing as well as its durability, mechanical lightness and recyclability. From doors to windows, from roofs to suspended ceilings, from stairs to railings, from external facades to internal partitions, from bridges to infrastructures.

Il “Villaggio dell’Alluminio in Edilizia” (Aluminium village in the building industry) is:

  • Special exhibition areas;
  • Workshops, training sessions and technical speeches, that will allow visitors to update and enrich their professional know how ;
  • Case History, presentations of the most innovative technologies for the production and use of aluminum in architectural and construction practices.

The Village will show construction companies, engineers, customers, architects, distributors and all operators in the construction industry the equipment, technologies, materials and finished products that are used in design and construction activities, as well as the latest news and most innovative uses of aluminium in its various forms.

The synergy between METEF and SAIE, two well-established events in their respective reference markets, will guarantee companies in the aluminium supply chain participation in a project characterised by a strong thematic verticalisation, with a large professional audience and an articulated conference programme.
